Installation of Traditional Block & Beam flooring, Installed to drawings supplied by the client, These floors include all mortar work laying of the slip bricks provided, Blocks cut into any gaps to complete a solid floor and a sharp sand and cement slurry to grout and finish the floor.
Traditional Block & Beam flooring
Installation of Jet floor to drawings provided, This includes Mortar work laying T Blocks, L Blocks and any other infill thats needed. L Blocks will be laid using a string line to ensure the cavity is the correct measurement.
Polystyrene floor (Jet floor)
Install of Top sheet and membrane on top of the Block & Beam floor. This is done neatly, Corners and pipes cut around tidy and Correct overlap of membrane with the uses of double sided tape, Edge strips also added.
